Job Summary
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for ensuring top-notch quality in digital learning? We’re seeking a meticulous Quality Analyst with 2-5 years of experience in the e-learning industry. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality and consistency of our digital learning materials, including courses, videos, websites, LMS platforms, and print resources. You’ll work closely with content developers, designers, and instructional designers to deliver exceptional learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Course and Content Review: Conduct thorough quality checks of e-learning courses, ensuring accuracy, engagement, and alignment with learning objectives.
- Video and Multimedia QA: Review audio and video content for clarity and quality, verifying the proper integration of multimedia assets into learning modules.
- Website and LMS Testing: Perform functional and usability testing on websites and LMS platforms, ensuring seamless navigation and accessibility across devices.
- Print Material Review: Review printed materials like workbooks and manuals for accuracy and consistency with digital content, adhering to branding guidelines.
- Testing & Debugging: Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve technical issues, documenting defects using quality management tools.
- Standards and Compliance: Ensure all content meets established guidelines and compliance with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG, ADA).
- Collaboration & Reporting: Provide detailed feedback to team members and prepare quality assurance reports to enhance course materials and the learner experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree: in Education, Instructional Design, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- 2-5 Years of Experience: in quality assurance within digital learning environments.
- Strong Attention to Detail: and the ability to identify content and design issues.
- Experience: with multimedia content review and e-learning standards (SCORM, AICC).
- Familiarity: with web development standards and accessibility guidelines.
- Excellent Communication Skills: for articulating feedback effectively.
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience: with quality management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
- Knowledge: of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Basic Understanding: of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience: with e-learning development tools like Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
- Familiarity: with video/audio editing tools for minor content adjustments.
