Our core values at Empower

Our values guide how we design and empower millions:

• Be open: We’re transparent with our learners, our partners, and each other about what we’re doing and why.
• Diagnosis: We begin by understanding the organiszation’s vision, knowledge gaps, and priority areas for capacity building of their staff. We also assess the country’s digital penetration, digital literacy, and access to digital technologies (connectivity and hardware).
• Design the learning approach:having diagnosed the problem, we design the learning approach by using different taxonomies. Our in-house team of pedagogical experts, anthropologists and subject matter experts design learning approaches specific to cadres, ages, etc.
• Develop:with our designed approach, we begin to develop blueprints, technical curricula, smart classrooms, and digital platforms.
• Deliver:It’s now time to pilot test the digital content and the digital platform; we conduct UAT (user acceptability testing), collect feedback, adapt the content and software, and then roll out the learning solution at scale through virtual and face-to-face training.
• Documentation: Having completed all the previous five steps, we collect data and conduct analysis using customised dashboards to evaluate learners’ interests, knowledge, practices, and impact.
• Dissemination:  We perform blended training, advocacy and outreach activities through our grassroots implementation partners, ensuring sustainability and scalability.
