As a Graphic Designer specializing in digital learning, you will be at the forefront of creating engaging and visually appealing educational content. Your role will involve collaborating with instructional designers to bring ideas to life, producing multimedia assets, and managing course materials within our Learning Management System (LMS). Roles and Responsibilities
- Create Stunning Visuals: Design eye-catching graphics and interactive content that enhance our digital learning materials.
- Develop Engaging Courses: Collaborate with instructional designers to transform ideas into dynamic e-learning experiences and SCORM-compliant modules.
- Produce Multimedia: Edit high-quality audio and video content, ensuring it aligns perfectly with our course objectives.
- Manage LMS Content: Organize and upload course materials in our Learning Management System (LMS) for seamless access.
Desired Skill Set
- A Bachelor’s Degree: in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency: in Adobe Creative Suite and e-learning tools like Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
- Experience: with Learning Management Systems and SCORM compliance.
- Strong Communication Skills: and an eye for detail.
Bonus Points
- Knowledge: of HTML5, CSS3, or JavaScript.
- Experience: in animation and motion graphics.
- Familiarity: with UX/UI design principles.
