Role Overview
We are on the hunt for an Admission Counsellor who thrives on helping others. If you have over a year of experience, particularly in a BPO environment, and are fluent in either English or French or both, we want to hear from you!
Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage with Students: Reach out to potential students and share the exciting courses Empower offers.
- Build Relationships: Create and nurture a strong pool of prospects by connecting with students using our marketing database.
- Counsel Effectively: Help students understand their course options, emphasizing the benefits to encourage enrollment.
- Be Supportive: Answer inquiries from students, providing clear and helpful information.
- Work Independently and Collaboratively: Excel in a fast-paced setting while contributing to a dynamic team.
- Drive Admissions: Use your persuasive skills to turn leads into successful enrollments.
Desired Skill Set
- Language Skills: Proficiency in French (B2/C1 level) or strong command of English.
- Education: A graduate in any field with excellent communication abilities.
- Experience: At least 1 year in student sales or counselling, experience in telesales or telemarketing is a plus.
