Admission Counsellor – Sales (B2B and B2C)
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking dynamic and motivated Admission Counsellors – Sales (B2B and B2C) with expertise in student operations to join our growing team. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for making a difference in the lives of people around the world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective students and corporate clients, primarily from Africa.
- Provide detailed information about Empower’s courses, highlighting their benefits and relevance.
- Counsel students and guide them through the enrolment process with a consultative sales approach.
- Identify and engage corporate clients for B2B opportunities, presenting tailored training solutions.
- Convert inquiries into admissions by utilizing strong communication and sales skills.
- Maintain a pipeline of leads and ensure timely follow-ups to achieve admission targets.
Experience :
- Experience: 2–3 years in admissions, student counselling, telesales, or B2B/B2C sales.
- Languages: Fluency in English is essential, and French is optional.
- Education: Graduate with relevant experience in admissions or sales.
- Proficient in building relationships and effectively handling diverse inquiries.
